mda at the forefront in aiding haiti victims
Immediately after the Haiti earthquake, Magen David Adom dispatched a team of paramedics,
together with medical supplies, to aid the victims of this catastrophe.
Amid the devastation and the rubble, MDA personnel joined a team from the Norwegian Red
Cross who set up a Field Hospital in the courtyard of the University Hospital in Port-au-Prince.
Thanks to the generosity of MDA Australia's donors, the urgently needed
refurbishment of MDA Ramat Gan Station and Paramedic Training School is well
underway.
Ramat Gan is one of MDA Australia's sponsored Stations in Israel.
